Ground beef
Our 90/10 ground beef will truly blow you away. Once you taste it, we guarantee you come back for more! The beef is available in 1-Lb. rolls, 2-Lb. rolls, or we can have hamburger patties premade.
Ribeye
The ultimate steak for flavor lovers. The outer layer and intermuscular fat is what makes the ribeye one of the most juicy, flavorful cuts we offer!
Porterhouse
The porterhouse is the steak of all steaks. It is cut from the short loin section and has one bone that separates the fillet from the NY strip. You better be either very hungry or sharing if this is what you're throwing on the grill.
Poor Man's Burnt Ends (Chuck Roast)
Everyone knows that the burnt ends on a brisket is one of the most coveted steak cuts there is. This "poor man's" version of the burnt ends give the brisket a run for it's money. Cut from a chuck roast, these small cubes are extremely flavorful and delicious if cooked right (recipe page coming soon!).
Pot Roast (Chuck Roast)
Whether youdon't have time to make dinner, or just would enjoy a nice, well-balanced meal, the pot roast is the way to go. Another dish cooked with our chuck roast, but this one is way easier! Just use add the ingredients to your crock pot, let the chuck roast bring the flavor, and enjoy!
Short Ribs
Short ribs are cut from the forward section of ribs. They hold a lot of the same characteristics as your chuck roast, mixed with those of the ribeye's. They have a very "beefy" flavor and are marbles nicely.
Why "short" ribs are different: They are typically a little more fatty, with alternate layers of meat and fat. They also are different that back ribs because the meat is on top of the rib instead of between the ribs like on the back.
