Below are some packages that we have put together. Most of the items in the packages can be switched out for other options, depending on availability. We put these together for a good start if you're thinking about purchasing more than just a steak or some ground beef here and there.

The small family

  • (1) Chuck Roast (~3.5 lbs.)

  • (1) Box of burger patties (12 x 1/3 lb burgers)

  • (5) 1-pound ground beef rolls

  • (2) Ribeye steaks

  • (2) NY Strip / Fillet / Porterhouse / T-Bone (price will vary based on selections)

The Medium family

  • (2) Chuck Roasts (~3.5 lbs./Ea.)

  • (2) Boxes of burger patties (12 x 1/3 lb. burgers per box)

  • (10) 1-pound ground beef rolls

  • (2) Ribeye steaks

  • (2) Sirloin steaks

  • (2) Small Fillets

  • (2) NY Strips, large fillets, porterhouses, or T-Bones (price will vary based on selections)

The Large family

  • (5) Chuck Roasts (~3.5 lbs./Ea.)

  • (4) Boxes of burger patties (12 x 1/3 lb. burgers per box)

  • (25) 1-pound ground beef rolls

  • (4) Ribeye steaks

  • (4) Sirloin steaks

  • (6) NY Strips, large fillets, porterhouses, or T-Bones (price will vary based on selections)

  • (3) Soup bones

  • (3) Stew meat

Mr. (or mrs.) BBQ

The Quarter*

The Half*

  • (10) Chuck roasts (2-3 Lbs.)

  • (160) lbs. ground beef (can be 1 or 2 lb. rolls)**

  • (1) Whole brisket (point + flat - can be whole or separated)

  • (6) Soup bone

  • (10) Ribeye

  • (1) Flank steak

  • (6) Sirloin steak

  • (3) T-Bone + (3) Porterhouse

  • Heart/Liver/Tongue/Oxtail - By request only

* These are all approximate values based on averages. If ordered, we will confirm the weight and expected price with you once the butcher has a weight. Quantities can be adjusted from there if needed. Other cuts are also available upon request. The lists provided are only suggested/most popular options.

** We typically get approximately 80 lbs. of ground beef from each quarter. We can make any amount of patties or ground meat rolls depending on your preference.
