Providing an opportunity for families to purchase farm raised beef products
We are bringing a high quality beef straight from the farm to your table! Our beef is raised by local farmers in Central Illinois who never introduce any steroids or antibiotics. The cattle raised are mostly grass fed, with some grains introduced to reach their full growth potential. The meat is dry aged for 2 weeks before it is packaged. We provide many options including: picking the cattle breed, bulk orders, individually wrapped cuts, ground beef, hamburger patties, and more!

We are looking to expand our business and build up some inventory. As we do that, we believe that small, family style restaurants would be a perfect partner to sell large quantities of ground meat.
